Accommodation
The large stylish living/dining room is furnished to a high standard, with patio doors to the barbecue area and patio, ideal for alfresco dining or lounging in the glorious sunshine. There is UK tv.
Bedroom one on the first floor has patio doors to it's very own private balcony. There is an additional single bed in a recess on the first floor landing, with doors to the private upstairs terrace. There is also a family shower room on the first floor. Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor, to the front of the property, ideally located close to the family shower room, and also has patio doors to the outside. The kitchen is well appointed and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
There is a private car parking space at the front of the house. Car hire is not essential. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation.
The living room and one bedroom are air conditioned. Use of the air conditioning is available as an optional extra for an additional charge of 10€ per night
Please note, this house does not have use of a swimming pool.
Bed linens and towels are provided, we also provide beach towels for our guests to use.
Cot and high chair rental is available for a small extra charge.

A 25% or £250 / 300€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking.
The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £250 / 300€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Mandatory Tourist Tax is payable at the rate of 2.00€ per night, by all guests over the age of 13, for the first seven nights of their stay. This payment will be collected by the rental agent by bank transfer prior to the date of arrival

Living Rooms - Large open plan living room and dining area. Sofa seating and dining table. UK TV channels. Air conditioning. Patio doors leading to barbecue area and patio, with table and chairs.
Kitchen - Fully appointed kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and storage cupboards.
Bedrooms - Main bedroom on the first floor with double bed and shower room adjacent, with sliding patio doors to private terrace. The second bedroom on the ground floor with double bed, sliding patio doors to front patio, situated next to family shower room. There is also an additional single bed in a recess on the first floor landing, with doors to the private upstairs terrace.
Bathrooms - There are two shower rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - Linen and bath towels are included in rental costs. We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter, this is included in the rental cost.

There is a good sized patio with BBQ area at the rear of the house, accessed from the lounge/dining room. There is also a first floor terrace, from the main bedroom. There is also a front patio area and parking space at the front of the property.
There are some wonderful beaches close by, including Armação de Pêra beach, Praia de Nossa Senhora da Rocha and Praia do Vale do Olival, with many more within 10 minutes drive.
The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks.
Armação de Pêra is approx. 30 minutes easy drive along the A22 motorway from Faro Airport. Care hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places.
A short walk from this property is the bustling town with a fabulous selection of restaurants and bars, and a choice of beautiful beaches and fabulous clifftop walks. There are many banks and cash withdrawal machines, and three golf courses are within 15 minutes drive. The big supermarket, Intermarché, on the road to Porches is a few minutes’ walk.
Visit Monchique mountain or the reservoir for stunning scenery and restaurants, where you can eat a 3 course meal with wine and coffee for under €10!
Two big water parks (Slide and Splash and Aqualand) are within 10 minutes drive, and Zoo Marine for the whole family within 10 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre also 10 minutes drive with its great High Street shops and restaurants as well.
Our friendly English speaking staff are on hand to welcome you, assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few townhouses in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the townhouse before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the townhouse.
