The living space consists of a compact yet comfortable living and dining area, plus an open plan well equipped kitchen area with hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine and washing machine.
The property has air conditioning, which is available at a small additional cost.
The shower room is modern with walk-in shower, basin and WC.
The spacious double bedroom has a double bed and large fitted wardrobes.
From the living space and the double bedroom there are patio doors to
private terraces with a parasol and a large sunshade, offering views across the Algarve countryside.
The cottage is located in a private setting with access to 2 hectares of private terrain, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy long walks in the countryside.
Outside there is a private above-ground plunge pool where you can cool down whenever you feel the need!
Please note the cottage is in the vicinity of a local cork factory, which can produce some noise from time to time.
Car hire is recommended. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation.
This property is strictly for a maximum of two people.

The cottage is set in very private and peaceful surroundings, on a very large plot of land where it's possible to enjoy long country walks.
The golden beaches and tourist areas of Carvoeiro, Armação de Pera, Ferragudo to name but a few are within 20-25 minutes drive, with many other coves and beaches within 30 minutes.
There are many fabulous clifftop walks along this stretch of coastline.
Slightly further afield are the West Coast beaches, perfect for surfing, and only a 45 minutes drive via the motorway.
The new Amendoeira Golf Course and Silves Pestana Golf Resort are just 10 minutes drive.
The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 25 minutes drive.

Located only 40 minutes from Faro airport the villa is an ideal base from which to explore all the Algarve - 20 minutes to the coast, 10 minutes to golf, 25 minutes and the famous Algarve shopping with its designer shops, cinema, food court and huge supermarket .

The historic town of Silves is approx. 10 minutes driving distance by car where there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops.
Two big water parks (Slide and Splash and Aqualand) are within 15 minutes drive, and Zoo Marine for the whole family within 20 minutes drive.
The villa is an ideal base for golf, walking, cycling, horse riding, surfing, bird watching and tennis holidays or just chilling out.
